Job Summary

You will collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic initiatives into tactical actions that enhance merchandising and pricing strategies. Reporting to senior management, you will drive category performance and profitability through data-driven analysis and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of merchandising strategic plans to improve category performance and profitability
  • Conduct periodic product pricing market analysis to ensure compliance with landlord requirements and benchmark against competitor pricing and promotions
  • Design and implement regular pricing and promotional mechanics, ensuring accurate and timely execution by merchandising and operations teams
  • Collaborate with senior management to gather and analyze merchandising and pricing data to support informed decision-making
  • Identify issues and opportunities proactively, delivering value-added insights and leading strategic initiatives to enhance business outcomes
  • Facilitate cross-functional engagement by creating context, consolidating alignment, and preparing business reports, analyses, assessments, and presentations for local stakeholders and HQ teams in South Korea
  • Support senior management in strategic planning initiatives, business reviews, and implementation activities by organizing and partnering with business stakeholders to align merchandising and business strategies
  • Manage ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by senior management
