Full Description
We are looking to hire a Procurement Change and Training Advisor to support change management and training initiatives within the Procurement function. The incumbent will support the implementation of strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during procurement process changes, ensuring that staff are trained on systems, tools, and procedures. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, minimize disruption, and optimize the adoption of procurement practices. This is a 9 months fixed term contract position in our Singapore Tuas site.

What you will do:
·Identify training needs, support and development of training curriculum and roll out of training packages to the Procurement function.
·Deliver change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of business processes, systems and technology.
·Support and collaborate with all internal stakeholders including Senior Management, Functional Leaders and Site Heads .
·Maintain and execute tailored training plans for Procurement practices and policies for regional colleagues, including online courses, guides and in-person sessions.
·Provide Employee Relations support to projects including operational reviews, role alignment, onboarding and offboarding.
·Drive communication plans for projects including intranet posts, posters, and maintaining dedicated project websites.
·Summarize evaluation results, run reports on training metrics as required and any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
What we are looking for:
- Over 5+ years of project management experience.
- Hands-on experience in instructional design using Articulate 360 or similar tools
- Good understanding in video editing
- Hands-on Experience with SAP or Ariba.
- Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal.
- Good Understanding of different Procurement disciplines and how they integrate with each other.
- Knowledge of Project Management approaches, tools and phases of a project lifecycle, knowledge of the change process.
- Good understanding of how people go through the change cycle.
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal, and Ability to coordinate activities at regional level.
