About JLL Intern, Work Dynamics Consulting (Summer 2026)

What this job involves

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Work Dynamics Consulting Intern to join our team for a 12-week summer internship program. This role will work with the JLL/Consulting team on Business Process and Target Operating Models, Workplace Strategy, Change Management and Workplace Experience assignments.

  • Support the team in gathering and analyzing data related to workplace trends, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness

  • Support the development of client presentations and reports

  • Participate in client meetings and workshops

  • Help create and maintain project management tools and documentation (programme charts, take minutes, use AI tools)

  • Contribute to internal team initiatives such as knowledge-sharing

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Project and Facilities Management, Architecture, Interior Design or related

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Interest in the work environment, workplace strategy, organizational culture, and employee experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Hobby-level videography skills (filming, editing) are a nice-to-have, but not essential
