Overview

Join our APAC leadership team as a Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Hips Total Solution. This strategic role drives innovation, digital transformation, and market development across Asia Pacific. You will lead initiatives that shape the future of orthopaedics, enhance surgeon engagements, and accelerate technology adoption to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the Hips portfolio aligned with APAC growth objectives.

·       Lead digital transformation initiatives and integrate advanced technologies into surgical workflows.

·       Drive market development through competitive analysis, segmentation, and innovative go-to-market strategies.

·       Collaborate with global and local teams for successful new product introductions and lifecycle management.

·       Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and establish Centers of Excellence for surgeon education.

·       Enhance sales enablement through impactful training programs and differentiated selling tools.

·       Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering; MBA preferred.

·       12+ years of experience in medical devices, with strong exposure to orthopaedics and APAC markets especially key hip markets in APCS (Japan or Australia)

·       Proven track record in strategic marketing, digital transformation, and market development.

·       Exceptional leadership, analytical skills, and ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

·       Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills understanding dynamics across APAC.
