Location - Singapore

Job Purpose :

To support warehouse operations by handling, storing, preparing and dispatching goods in safe, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and operations standard.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure warehouse areas are kept clean, organised, and safe at all times
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery documentation
• Assist with loading and unloading of cargo and materials
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch according to job instructions
• Ensure proper storage and stacking of goods in designated locations 
• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory management
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools safely (e.g. pallet jacks, trolleys)

Adhere to:

a) Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations

b) Warehouse and terminal safety regulations

c) Company HSSE procedures

• Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards promptly
• Maintain proper records of warehouse movements and documentation Support ad-hoc warehouse and operational tasks as assigned
