Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Solutions Architect to join our Digital Business Unit team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing technical architectures and developing digital solutions that integrate best-of-breed platforms to solve complex information and data management challenges for enterprise and government customers.  

You will join a high-energy, collaborative Commercial Team in the Asia Pacific region comprised of technology professionals dedicated to adding value through innovative pre-sales and sales support.  

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:  

  • Design and architect bespoke digital solutions by analyzing customer information environments to identify challenges and develop tailored Proof of Concepts that demonstrate the value of Iron Mountain services.  

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Commercial teams to provide technical expertise during the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, deliver solution demonstrations, and create architectural diagrams to achieve pipeline and quota targets.  

  • Ensure solution alignment with industry trends and organizational standards by providing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for proposed technical infrastructures.  

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in digital solution design, technical architecture development, or pre-sales within the Information Technology infrastructure domain.  

  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Software, including Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS), Electronic Content Management (ECM), and Business Process Management (BPM).  

  • Proven ability in consultative solution selling and stakeholder management, with the capacity to influence and negotiate with individuals from operational to C-level.  

  • A degree or diploma from a recognized institution in a relevant field of study.
