Our Aftersales Team is seeking a Claims Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward. What you’ll do Coordinate with insurance companies for motor accident and repair claims Handle end-to-end liability / quantum of all types of motor insurance claims processing (Uninsured losses & Direct Settlement) Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claim documents accurately Track claim status and regularly update operations team and customers Ensure compliance with insurance and company procedures Resolve claim-related issues, discrepancies, or rejections Maintain accurate records of claims, approvals, and settlements in claims shared platforms Maintain good relationships with insurance representatives and surveyors Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely claim processing Any other ad-hoc duties About you Minimum NITEC in Office Skills or relevant field At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in automotive claims Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
