Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Conduct analytical work related to flavor analysis across various sample types.
• Prepare samples and recover flavor compounds using techniques such as liquid–liquid extraction, solid‑phase microextraction, steam distillation, and Soxhlet extraction.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain analytical instruments including GC, GC‑MS, GCO, and HPLC.
• Perform data processing, interpretation, and preparation of technical reports.
• Document all experiments, test results, and laboratory activities in accordance with required logbook standards.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety guidelines and maintain proper housekeeping of the workspace.
• Support routine lab operations and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of analytical tasks and projects.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Willing to learn and apply various analytical sample preparation techniques and operate analytical instruments.
• Demonstrates interest and ability to work in a laboratory environment, with basic lab skills (weighing balance use, basic calculations, good housekeeping).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
• Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
