What you will be doing:
You’ll help drive inbound growth at Hubble by executing modern, practical marketing that works in the real world of construction.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll plan, create, ship, measure, and iterate — across short-form content, campaigns, analytics, and partnerships — with a clear focus on generating qualified interest and pipeline.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out without heavy briefs or long runways.
- Create and execute short-form, distribution-first campaigns across multiple digital, social, and messaging channels
- Adapt messaging for different audiences and translate complex product capabilities into clear, credible narratives
- Run digital campaigns focuses on lead quality and optimise conversion journeys to achieve maximum ROI, reducing cost per lead (CPL), and improving conversion rates.
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and CRM tools — with knowledge of setting up basic tracking, events, and dashboards
- Use data to make practical optimisation decisions (what to double down on, what to stop).
- Support SEO and AI-driven growth through keyword research, content optimisation, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve content and relevance over time
- Support external industry partnerships and collaborations, turning partnerships, events, or conversations into usable marketing outputs
- Stay up to date with new tools, formats, and AI workflows that improve speed and quality of execution.
- Test new ideas quickly, learn from results, and iterate without over-polishing.
- Contribute ideas proactively, not just execute assigned tasks.
What we’re looking for:
Experience & Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in B2B or complex industries.
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns across content, social, email, and search.
- Comfortable using tools such as GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and common SEO / analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimisation, competitor analysis).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, headless CMS) is a plus.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to speed up research, content creation, or ideation.
