About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional investors including asset managers, hedge funds, private banks, insurers, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Actively market the bank’s fixed income products and trading capabilities to new and existing clients.
- Engage clients on secondary flow trading, new issue allocations, and private placements.
- Develop tailored credit investment ideas and portfolio solutions based on client needs and market conditions.
- Coordinate with trading desks to provide client feedback, market color, and investor demand intelligence, enhancing overall insight aggregation for the Credit business.
- Partner closely with internal teams—Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations—to ensure smooth transaction execution and regulatory adherence.
- Represent the firm’s credit franchise in the market through regular client interactions and conferences.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 8–15 years of institutional sales experience in credit products.
- Strong familiarity with G3 and Asian IG/HY bonds, bank capital instruments, CDS, and related products.
- Proven relationships with asset managers, private banks, insurers, and hedge funds.
- Excellent market knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg and other market standard technology platforms.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages an advantage
