Responsibilities:

  • Perform client onboarding, collect KYC documents from clients, and conduct periodic reviews of CDD/EDD matters

  • Advice on the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, compliance manual and core control documents that meet regulatory requirements

  • Work closely with team members such as RMs, HK trading team, SG finance and compliance to develop and ensure trade flow process in Singapore is smooth

  • Arrange pre-trade compliance suitability check

  • Perform trade booking and provide trade support services to client in Singapore team

  • Responsible for the trade reconciliation process on trades in front office and back office systems, provides resolution of trade and settlement failure if happened

  • Ad hoc project work, business system requirement gathering and testing from SG perspective may be required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above 

  • 6 years or above experience in related field experience

  • Good understanding of client onboarding and trading process, understanding of wealth management system is a plus

  • A team player with self-motivated, target-oriented and hardworking

  • Strong communication skills and proficient in Putonghua and English, proficiency in Cantonese is a plus

  • A quick learner, able to analyze and interpret data, develop logical solutions for business need
