Full Description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Specialist . In this role you will need: The candidate is primarily required to ensure that our retail wealth equities platform is commercially effective, operationally resilient, and scalable. This role requires a seasoned individual who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders in the region across front-office, product, tech, operations, marketing, 2LOD etc. and must work very closely with team members, particularly the dealers and the head of equities. Support the commercial rollout and ongoing optimization of the Singapore equities platform, track and analyze platform usage, trading activity, revenue, and client behavior to identify growth and monetization opportunities. (includes commercialization of existing initiatives) Be the key person in planning campaigns, feature launches, go-to-market initiatives to increase penetration and wallet share by liaising with digital, marketing, platform, and technology teams. Support day-to-day local platform operations ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution during Asia trading hours while acting as a local point of contact for platform queries, incidents, and process clarifications. Help maintain and enhance local operating procedures, controls, and documentation to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls. Assist with dealing activities on the Private Bank side, as and when needed (must get licensed accordingly). An extension of this would be providing dealing related support, including trade flow monitoring, exception handling, and liaising with internal and external counterparties as required (for execution and settlement matters) The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
