Solutions Experience Lead, HP Singapore Customer Welcome Center

Description -

The Customer Welcome Centres (CWCs) are the epicenter of HP’s executive engagement strategy. As Solutions Experience Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact technical experiences that align customer priorities with solution capabilities. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, this role translates customer needs into compelling briefings, demos and technical tours.

This is an onsite role at our Singapore Customer Welcome Center, where you will be based 5 days a week.

What a Solutions Experience Lead, HP Singapore Customer Welcome Center does at HP:

Briefing & Technical Advisory:

  • Act as the technical advisor in customer briefing and agenda planning, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and solution capabilities.

  • Translate customer business and technical requirements into tailored, relevant solution narratives

  • Participate in pre-briefing preparation calls to clarify customer insights/technical needs, scope and expectations for customer briefings

Tech Experience Program Delivery

  • Lead technical tours and conduct in-depth solutions deep dive during customer visits

  • Guide the Demo Lead on implementing demonstrations that reflect customer priorities and real-world use cases

  • Stay current on new products, technologies and solution updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date presentations

  • Address advanced technical topics and “hot” industry challenges relevant to customer use cases.

Collaboration & Experience Personalisation

  • Build strong working relationships with our in-house technical consultants and business teams to ensure technical content reflects industry trends and customer-specific requirements so as to drive relevance and trust

  • Contribute to the evolution of technical content and storytelling to support diverse customer needs.

  • Contribute to global best practices for experience quality, repeatability, and measurement.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Typically has 7 - 10 years of work experience, preferably in consultative or solutions selling, with the ability to uncover technical pain points and align solutions to business outcomes

  • Excellent communication skills with experience delivering engaging technical presentations, demonstrations and solution narratives to senior IT leaders

  • Understanding of enterprise IT solutions portfolio, architectures and integration capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or similar engineering majors are preferred).
