Job Summary

• The MEMS Fab Operation Tech Supervisor is responsible for overseeing technical operations within the MEMS fabrication facility. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, process stability, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The supervisor leads a team of technical staff, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports new product introduction (NPI) and qualification builds

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical activities in the MEMS fab, ensuring production targets for yield, cost, and cycle time are met.

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate with engineering for upgrades and obsolescence projects.

• Supervise and develop technical staff; set performance objectives and provide coaching and feedback.

• Collaborate with process engineers to optimize workflows and implement best practices for efficiency and quality.

• Ensure adherence to ISO, EHS, and RBA standards; maintain a safe working environment and enforce sustainability initiatives.

• Prepare operational reports, maintain SOPs, and ensure accurate documentation of technical procedures.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Diploma or other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 2-4 years of job-related experience, preferably in equipment maintenance.
