About The Program
At GXS, we believe in fostering innovation by ensuring our builders understand the business case and our bankers are fluent in the technology stack. Our goal is to give you a holistic understanding of the bank, not just a single function. You will experience the bank.
The GXS Enterprise Graduate Program (EGP) is a structured, 18-month contract designed to support your chosen talent pathway. The structured talent pathway includes two closely related functional rotations, allowing you to build foundational expertise while simultaneously gaining a deep, holistic understanding of the essential collaboration required across the bank.
This well-structured and highly connected program is intentionally designed to prepare you for success in your chosen career pathway. You will gain practical, hands-on experience, purposeful exposure, and integrated learning opportunities by being placed directly into a defined role.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for highly motivated and agile university graduates with a genuine interest in building a career within the Digital Banking industry. Successful candidates will possess:
A recognised university degree in any discipline.
Less than one year of full-time working experience.
Availability to join us from August 2026 onwards.
An excellent track record in leadership, demonstrated through internships, university activities, or academic achievements.
A strong passion for both banking and technology.
The motivation to thrive in our dynamic and growing business environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
A driven commitment to continuous learning.
