You will enjoy having these responsibilities: 

As an HR intern, you will play a key role in supporting the team with talent strategy initiatives. 

Talent Strategy: 

• Develop applicant pipelines by researching and connecting with potential talent sources. 

• Coordinate and participate in career fairs to attract candidates and strengthen employer branding. 

• Plan and execute engagement and networking events for current interns to enhance their experience. 

• Design and administer end-of-internship surveys and feedback sessions, analyze results, and recommend improvements for the internship program. 

• Create strategies to maintain engagement with students post-internship for future talent opportunities. 

• Develop creative collateral for internal job fairs and announcements to promote awareness and encourage internal mobility. 

Additionally, you will have opportunities to gain hands-on experience in HR Operations: 

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding process; initiate onboard and exit formalities. 

• Assist in managing probation and confirmation process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and communication. 

• Support HR initiatives such as process improvement projects and other key activities. 

• Prepare HR reports when required by supporting data collection and analysis. 

• Handling employee queries and providing HR Operations support 

• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned. 

You have: 

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate good organizational skills. 

• Independent, proactive and self-motivated with positive attitude 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 

• Able to commit to a 6-month internship 

• Experience in creative design and digital content creation (e.g., video, poster, presentation materials) will be an added advantage.
