About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager (Intern / Junior) to support the execution, coordination, and reporting of the Yield initiative. This role is ideal for an execution-focused individual who will help ensure structured delivery, clear visibility, and consistent follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
The role provides hands-on exposure to cross-functional project delivery while working closely with the Yield Project Lead and applying proven delivery and reporting frameworks from the Platform Department.
This is a junior-level role with limited decision-making authority, operating under close guidance and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination

Track tasks, milestones, dependencies, and risks for the Yield project

Coordinate activities across product, engineering, business, and platform teams

Support planning sessions, follow-ups, and meeting facilitation

Ensure timely execution and alignment across stakeholders
Reporting & Visibility

Prepare and maintain regular project reports (weekly summaries, status updates, dashboards)

Maintain action logs, risk registers, and progress trackers
-
Provide clear visibility into timelines, blockers, and next steps for stakeholders
Documentation & Process Support

Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and decision records

Support the creation and upkeep of project plans and timelines

Learn and apply internal delivery and reporting frameworks used by the Platform Department
