Sales Interior Designer

Location: Tai Seng
Salary Range: Depends on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior design concepts tailored to client needs, including space planning, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and material selection.
- Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations for client approval.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and manage the sales process from consultation to closing.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the business.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Creative with strong knowledge of detailed design drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max or SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Preferably 1 year or more of relevant experience in interior design and/or sales.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience in a B2C customized product environment is an advantage.
