Job Summary This role will assist in the effective building maintenance of the property. Job Description Supervise contractors on contractual maintenance work and ad hoc works. Execute maintenance and replacement of plant, equipment and systems according to master schedule. Facilitate tenants in their fit-out works and ensure compliance of regulatory requirements. Execute energy conservation and other cost control measures. Lead and supervise a team of Senior/ Maintenance Technicians in executing M&E and building maintenance services to ensure functional aspect of the centre. Plan, organise and control assignment given to technicians. In charge and control of stocks for maintenance use items. Take charge of maintenance equipment use by the technicians. Create Purchase Requisitions on SAP system and arrange for purchases of M&E items. Track the expenditure for the Building’s operations and ensure that it is within maintenance budget. Ensure timely submission of Management reports in the area of maintenance, and adhoc reports as and when assigned. Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management. Key Qualification Min Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Min 3 years of relevant experience, in similar supervisory role Familiar with MS Word and Excel Ability to work independently Poses good sense of responsibility and urgency A team player Able to perform work beyond standard working hours when required Conversant in both spoken and written English
