Job Summary Join our innovative team supporting Frasers Property’s Finance function through the One Frasers initiative. We seek an experienced professional to assist in our Group Finance digital transformation. Reporting to the Director - eFinance, you will drive cross-functional projects to advance a unified, modern finance organization. This role primarily supports the Record to Report (R2R) Functional Lead in designing, governing, and implementing standardized R2R processes under the One ERP Project. You will help harmonize processes across business units and markets, ensuring compliance with statutory standards, internal controls, and best accounting practices. Collaboration with the R2R Global Process Owner (GPO) is essential to develop a scalable R2R model that fits a Shared Service operating structure. Job Description Contribute and assist in the development and implementation of Group Finance multiyear Digital Transformation Roadmap including the group’s One ERP strategy and financial operational management platform Support finance digitisation projects to build a world class modern finance organisation Be a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) and assist the team to drive leading transformation projects and delivering solutions from concept to project closure. This includes working together with internal partners (IT, cross functional business & finance users) and external Consultants Serve as the R2R functional lead on the One ERP Core Project Delivery team. Responsibilities of this role includes but not limited to:- A) Global Templating & Design Governance Support the gathering and consolidation of R2R business and system requirements from BU Finance teams Assist the R2R GPO in shaping end‑to‑end R2R business processes, incorporating BU‑specific nuances while maintaining global harmonisation. Help validate statutory/market‑specific requirements and ensure alignment with the Global Template. Coordinate with TAAB to capture accounting policy implications for revenue recognition, COGS, fixed assets, valuation, consolidation and other R2R processes. Clarify and document process and system requirements to ensure statutory compliance. Review global design materials and prepare relevant summaries/interpretations for BU consumption. Maintain documentation of R2R deviations and support review cycles with the GPO and Design Authority Board. Work with the Design Authority Board to support template finalisation and manage approved exceptions. Assist in processing design or regulatory‑driven change requests affecting R2R processes. Assist in finalising Global Template R2R documentation. B) Deliverables, UAT & Sign‑Off Assist in reviewing R2R configuration built by technical teams for alignment with the Global Template. Validate GL structures, COA mapping, accounting rules, and period‑close configurations. Support data migration activities, including mapping validation, cleaning guidance, and reconciliation checks. Coordinate R2R testing cycles: script preparation, tester onboarding, tracking defects, and managing retests. Perform pre‑UAT review of test scenarios to ensure accounting and process coverage. Validate test outcomes and support documentation of test evidence. Support creation of training materials, process guides, and desktop procedures. Help Change Management interpret BU concerns and support mitigation actions. C) Cutover & Go‑Live Support Assist with cutover planning, including validation of cutover checklist for GL and R2R activities. Provide hypercare support post‑go‑live, helping BUs resolve process and system clarification issues. Track and escalate R2R issues, including follow‑up with Technical, Change, and PMO teams. Escalate key design issues, risks, and dependencies to the TAAB Lead and Technical team. Monitor progress of R2R deliverables to facilitate timely review and sign‑off, including PMO escalation where required. D) Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Participate in engagement sessions to provide R2R, accounting, and IFRS process input. Provide constructive challenge when proposals deviate from IFRS/statutory requirements or global harmonisation principles. Work with Change Management teams to interpret BU feedback and support actions to improve adoption. Key Qualification Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA) strongly preferred More than 10 years in R2R, finance transformation, or ERP implementation Experience in global R2R processes design, chart of accounts design, general ledger, close processes, intercompany, consolidation, and fixed assets Experience working within Shared Services and/or multi‑country operating models Prior involvement in S4 Hana FICO deployments or design governance is required Project & change management experience will be an added advantage Strong process design and analytical skills Excellent documentation and communication capabilities Strong stakeholders’ management skill Ability to balance global standards with local regulatory needs Able to translate accounting requirements into system/process considerations
