Cybersecurity Support Intern

Job Summary The intern will support the Cybersecurity team in three key areas: Monthly Security Advisory Creation, IT Control Self-Assessment (CSA) Program Execution and PCI DSS Compliance Scanning & Reporting Job Description The intern will support the Cybersecurity team in three key areas: 1. Monthly Security Advisory Creation Research current cybersecurity threats and trends Draft and publish monthly security advisories tailored to internal stakeholders Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure relevance and clarity 2. IT Control Self-Assessment (CSA) Program Execution Coordinate CSA activities across properties Track control assessments and evidence submissions Analyze results and assist in reporting findings 3. PCI DSS Compliance Scanning & Reporting Perform Monthly PCI DSS ASV scans using approved scanning tools Conduct Quarterly PCI DSS internal scans in coordination with IT teams Upload scan reports to the compliance portal and track remediation actions Assist in preparing summary reports for audit and compliance review Key Qualification Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field Strong written communication and research skills Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, PCI DSS, and IT governance Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and manage timelines Experience with vulnerability scanning tools or compliance platforms is an added advantage
