Responsibilities Source and identify business opportunities and deals. Maintain a framework for the development process, including feasibility, site inspections, technical services, due diligence, brand specifications, and internal approvals Build and maintain strong relation with owners, business partners and industry professionals for qualified leads and business opportunities generation. Evaluate and review business opportunities and deals by conducting market research, financial analyses, financial modelling and feasibility studies entailing cash-flow and yield analyses and projections. Prepare and conduct pitch to owners and business partners Draft term sheets and conduct and manage the negotiation of the terms of the deals and transactions. Review the structure of the deals / transactions, including due diligence, financing, risk management and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties on matters relating to new management opportunities and business partnerships and support the deals through to opening or execution. Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Prepare and present business proposals and papers for management and board’s approval. Perform any other tasks and duties as required by The Management from time to time. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field At least 10 years of relevant experience in the field of business development with a proven track record in the transaction of deals, preferably in the real estate sector Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and project-planning skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines High level of independence and initiative Excellent interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management and project management skills
