Role Overview: The Renewal Sales Manager is responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts for assigned region or account. Increase renewal sales for assigned region or account(s). Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and maintenance contracts. Educates customers on business practices and associated contractual implications. Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements. Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements. Maintain account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate. For this role, the assigned territory is Korea, requiring the candidate to be fluent in Korean language as well as Korean business working practices. Review contract terms and conditions to identify renewal opportunities and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to gather relevant information about client needs and service usage. Prepare renewal documentation and proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with pricing strategies. Maintain accurate records of contract renewals and track key metrics related to renewal rates and client feedback. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Fluency in Korean and understanding of Korean business practices, along with proficiency in English is a must. 5+ years of experience in renewing, up-selling, and closing contracts (maintenance/service/license etc.). Strong understanding of the organization’s products, services, and contractual agreements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze contracts, identify renewal opportunities, and ensure policy compliance. Skilled in preparing accurate documentation, tracking renewal metrics, and maintaining client records. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple renewals and achieve sales targets.
