Responsibilities:
- Review project case studies & assist in preparing project materials.
- Coordinate and schedule pre-deployment calls with clients to gather details and clarify requirements.
- Collaborate with project leads to ensure projects are completed to standard before deployment to clients.
- Manage product data and set up the backend system.
- Configure POS system and other hardware.
- Support the customer service team in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the customer service department.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Internship period: 3 months & above
