Responsibilities:

  • Review project case studies & assist in preparing project materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule pre-deployment calls with clients to gather details and clarify requirements.
  • Collaborate with project leads to ensure projects are completed to standard before deployment to clients.
  • Manage product data and set up the backend system.
  • Configure POS system and other hardware.
  • Support the customer service team in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the customer service department.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Internship period: 3 months & above
