KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Delivery of accurate and effective rules within Aladdin, including in order and trade management, risk reporting, position keeping as well as pre and post trade investment compliance monitoring and reporting. This position will be the responsible for delivery of compliance rules in the Singapore office as well as for other local business units. This includes: Guideline interpretation, translation, testing and sign-off Aladdin training assistance Pre & Post trade monitoring process & policy documentation Centralization on rule coding & testing for Eastspring Local Business Units Identification of customized data attributes i.e. specific client requirement, BB mnemonic fields, certain calculation methodology or hierarchy methodology use for rule coding Creation of standard security type/ investment class/industry/country/sector classification for rule coding purposes Standardization of rule coding for certain generic rules i.e. cash limits, concentration limits, stock/issuer/sector/currency/country bet limits etc Identification of opportunities for optimized rule maintenance and enhanced processes and system features Identification of opportunities to automate and improve efficiency of processes --------------------------------------------------- EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS Strong knowledge on all the latest Taiwanese Regulations & Client Guidelines is a must Excellent interpretational, written & communication skills in traditional Chinese Degree in Legal or Business related disciplines with at least 8 years of working experience in the Financial industry Experience and knowledge of investment compliance monitoring especially regulatory requirements and using Aladdin Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent priority management and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders across the Regions Experience and knowledge of data analytical tools would be a bonus CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES A deep understanding of asset management in the context of investment compliance and risk monitoring A strong ability to be hands on yet has a holistic strategic vision on business and IT systems A strong team player A performance driven individual A strong ability to work and influence different seniority of stakeholders Eastspring is an equal opportunity employer.
