KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES The candidate will gain valuable insight into investment business operations and experience collaborating with our dynamic and diverse investment teams, offering a firsthand perspective on what it’s like to work for one of Asia’s largest asset management firms. Learn about business management practices and gain hands-on experience with front-office workflows and processes. Support efforts to improve and streamline processes related to the management of the investment business. Assist in developing tools and solutions that enhance business outcomes for stakeholders, including dashboards and Management Information (MI) reporting. ------------------------- EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS Candidate currently pursuing bachelor’s program, preferably in Mathematics, Finance, Science, Engineering, or related quantitative fields Strong passion for financial markets and the asset management industry Eye for detail with strong numeric ability and language skills Able to use Microsoft Office software competently, especially Excel and Powerpoint Programming skills and knowledge of AI agentic workflows are a plus Naturally curious with willingness to learn, an inquisitive and problem-solving mindset Eastspring is an equal opportunity employer.
