About us

At Dyson we are encouraged to think differently, challenge convention and be unafraid to make mistakes. We’re creative, collaborative, practical and enthusiastic.

About the role

We’re looking for Program Manager to shape Dyson’s global pricing and promotions strategy across 39 markets, driving commercial performance, margin, and growth revenue. This is a high-impact position focused on analysing spend effectiveness, uncovering drivers of sales, and optimising investment decisions at the intersection of market, customer, and product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Analysis:
Lead comprehensive reviews of growth revenue and sales performance, factoring in spend on terms, incentives, and consumer-facing promotions—both via third parties and direct.

  • Market & Customer Insight:
Partner with local and global commercial teams to understand how 39 distinct markets invest in commercial terms and promotions across dozens of customer accounts

  • Investment Assessment:
Develop tools and processes to evaluate the effectiveness of spend before investment—identifying intersections (market/customer/product) where promotional dollars don’t translate to sustainable sales growth.

  • Performance Measurement:
Set up consistent frameworks for measuring ROI on promotions. Pinpoint areas to stop or pivot spends based on performance benchmarks.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales, account management, and finance teams (as a trusted finance business partner) to share insights, optimise spend, and support business decisions.

  • Reporting & Data Analysis:
Use OneStream, Excel, and PowerPoint for deep-dive analysis, clear visualisation, and executive reporting across global leadership.

  • Global Stakeholder Engagement:
Work directly with regional and market leads (e.g., Europe, Asia, and Americas) for a truly global impact.

About you

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, or related field (required)

  • Experience:

    • 7-8 + years in sales/customer account management, sales finance, or finance business partnering with go-to-market teams

    • Track record of partnering across commercial, finance, and regional teams

    • Experience working directly with market-level stakeholders, preferably in a global, multi-market environment

    • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)

    • Hands-on experience with financial data platforms E.G. SAP OneStream or similar

    • Strong critical thinking with a knack for seeing the story behind the numbers

    • Relentless attention to detail and commitment to process excellence

    • Confident communicator and influencer, especially with senior stakeholders

    • Comfortable in a dynamic, complex matrix organisation
