We are seeking a motivated Project Director to join our team in Singapore, to play a key role in developing and driving leadership development solutions for our clients. This role is office based and requires regular travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translate client needs into impactful learning solutions.
  • Produce and manage actionable project plans and drive progress towards deliverables.
  • Manage project budget, contract, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
  • Build strong relationships with clients at senior levels, including multinational FTSE 500 organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
  • Lead project teams, providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure project milestones and goals are met.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to drive resolution.
  • Compile and analyze data to evaluate project performance.
