Full Description
The Regional Security Manager manages physical- and operational security across all Divisions in APAC and is the primary liaison for Group-/ and Global Divisional Teams as well as for the Global Task force for key customers. The Regional Security Manager functions as a bridge to countries and operations. The role focuses on service delivery excellence such as standard implementation, process optimization, security compliance, and continuous improvement across country and local teams.
Operational- and physical security management
• Implement, oversee and monitor physical and operational security requirements and exchange.
• Ensure adherence to customer-specific security requirements, KPIs, SOPs, and processes.
Process Support & Training
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders (control towers, Divisions etc.) on internal- and customer requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Support rollout and training for operational teams and SOP compliance.
Performance & Data Quality
• Monitor security performance and general risk-/theft trends.
• Track implementation of corrective / mitigation actions and improvements.
Customer Coordination
• Act as primary Regional security contact and co-ordinate towards Group-/ Global Divisions and the Global Task force.
• Coordinate onboarding of security new requirements, audits and observations, update processes and maintain contact lists.
Continuous Improvement
• Drive Regional security optimization and productivity improvements.
• Drive operational excellence and propose relevant security improvements.
Compliance & Audit
• Ensure adherence to country specific security policies and regional regulatory requirements and conduct regular audit
Risk Assessment & BCP
• Conduct routine risk assessment
• Establish BCP related to security
• Physical Security / Supply Chain Security expertise.
• Strong operational and process management expertise.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes and complex customer requirements.
• Min. 10 years relevant industrial experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
