[SG] (Part-Time) Senior/Assistant, Prescription Fulfilment Centre

About the team

Our General Health Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a hybrid team of operation and healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including Online & Offline GP services, mobile clinic, health screening and radiology services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

About the role

We are seeking a Part Time Senior/Assistant, Prescription Fulfilment Centre to provide on-site administrative support. We need help to support our doctors and patients who are using DA’s 24/7 tele-consultation service. This will predominantly be a hands-on, operational role.

Your role as an assistant will be to help us maintain our promise of delivery standards and quality to our patients by preparing the medications at the fulfillment center for delivery, as well as assisting in troubleshooting operational matters that may arise in the process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, is able to work well with others and deals well with ambiguity or change especially in a start-up environment. We are also looking for someone who is willing to learn and adapt to high-tempo operations, and takes the initiative to help the team.

This role reports directly to the Manager, Virtual Care. 

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

• Processing prescriptions electronically
• Preparing and arranging the medications for delivery
• Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time
• Assist the manager or executives in maintaining the inventory
• Maintaining facilities and equipment as assigned by the manager
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 
  

Requirements

• Able to work on a shift basis, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to attend 14 working days of paid training at the beginning of employment with minimal breaks
• Familiarity with medication with prior experience working in a pharmacy/clinic/warehouse setting is advantageous
• Computer literacy; comfortable with managing computer systems
• Attention to detail and meticulousness is a must
• Able to work well in a team and communicate well with others in a high-tempo environment
• You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
• A strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work
• Familiarity with Plato or other clinic management systems is a bonus
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
• Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there are always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
