We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join our growing APAC team as an HR Generalist, based in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our regional employees while driving initiatives that foster collaboration, innovation, and growth. Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our People operations across the APAC region. This role is focused on providing day-to-day HR support, ensuring smooth employee operations, benefits administration, and compliance, while fostering a positive employee experience aligned with our global values.

As our HR representative in Singapore, you will act as the primary point of contact for employees in the APAC region, working closely with local business leaders to address operational needs and provide HR support. You will also partner directly with the U.S.-based VP of HR Operations and collaborate with our Global People Business Partner team to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services across APAC.

This role will be based hybrid in our Singapore location.

What You'll Do:

People Operations & HR Support

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for APAC-based employees, providing day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR practices align with local regulations and global policies.

  • Support a positive employee experience by responding to employee and manager questions with professionalism, discretion, and consistency.

Benefits & Compliance

  • Support local benefits administration and act as a knowledgeable resource for employees and leaders regarding benefit programs.

  • Partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant delivery of benefits and pay.

  • Provide guidance on local compliance requirements and support adherence to employment regulations in APAC.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee relations matters and day-to-day people topics, escalating complex or high-risk issues to global HR or Employee Relations partners as appropriate.

  • Partner with regional leaders to support performance management, feedback conversations, and policy application.

  • Promote a culture of feedback, transparency, and inclusion aligned with company values.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Partner with global recruiters to support hiring efforts in the APAC region.

  • Deliver localized onboarding efforts and ensure new hires are set up for success.

Performance & Compensation

  • Support global performance and compensation processes, ensuring local compliance and alignment with market practices.

  • Provide input on compensation benchmarking and salary structures as needed.

  • Maintain HR data accuracy and support basic reporting and documentation needs.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between global HR strategies and local execution across APAC.

  • Collaborate closely with U.S.-based HR leadership and global People partners to ensure consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing.

  • Contribute to the development and localization of HR policies, procedures, and playbooks for APAC locations, including Singapore, Australia and The Philippines.

What You'll Need:

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Generalist or People Business Partner, including at least 2 years supporting international or multi-country teams, preferably in APAC.

  • Strong working knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, offboarding, and HR operations best practices.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting employees in Singapore, including familiarity with MOM requirements, employment contracts, statutory benefits, and local compliance obligations. Exposure to Australia employment frameworks is strongly preferred.

  • Experience handling employee relations matters, including performance management and policy interpretation, with the ability to document issues thoroughly and escalate complex cases to global partners when needed.

  • Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition to support hiring efforts, including candidate screening, interviewing, and localized onboarding.

  • Working knowledge of benefits administration and the ability to confidently explain benefit programs and policies to employees and managers.

  • Experience maintaining employee records in an HRIS and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Ability to advise and support managers and employees using sound judgment, discretion, and a consistent, policy-aligned approach.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive situations impartially.
