Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the IT portfolio, including project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement portfolio and program management frameworks aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define portfolio objectives, success metrics, and outcomes.
• Monitor project and program progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Prepare and present portfolio performance reports, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources across multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
• Track financial performance, budgets, and spend across the IT portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices, lessons learned, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT portfolio, program, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with portfolio and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Planview, Clarity).
• Strong financial and budgeting skills with experience in cost management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage risks across complex IT initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-year IT transformation programs.
• Knowledge of IT governance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
• Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to SAP, Workday, or Managed Services environments.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
