Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Data center Operational workflow knowledge with power chain and cooling chain dependencies. Interpret operational SOP’s MOP’s EOP’s and escalation procedures.
• Fault Alert Definition & Configuration; implement fault logic based on power chain and cooling chain topology
• Configure Incident workflows and ticketing within the DCIM software
• DCIM software configurations for asset topology information, Fault rules, workflows etc
• Work closely with DCIM software vendor, DC ops team etc to ensure that the work flows and rules engine etc align with the operational reality on ground.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong Understanding of Data center ops, facilities management, or critical infra.
• Experience with commercial DCIM software is a plus.
• Good knowledge of BMS, IBMS, EMS etc is a must
• Hands-on experience in configuring DCIM software
