Workplace Experience & Events ManagerJob Description Summary
The Workplace Experience Manager (WX Manager) is responsible for leading employee and client experience excellence across all Singapore sites, including CBP, MBFC, and 6 Battery Road. This role champions hospitality culture, operational excellence, placemaking, and data-driven experience enhancements.A critical component of this role includes supporting the Head of CRES and CEO Office in the designing, planning, delivery and overall management of high-profile leadership, internal, and client events, ensuring premium, end-to-end service and flawless execution.

About the role:
- Deliver white-glove front-of-house and visitor experiences across all sites, ensuring consistent global service, grooming, and presentation standards.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end workplace events for CRES leadership and CEO Office, ensuring exceptional execution, hospitality, and guest experience.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align event objectives, messaging, service expectations, and experience outcomes.
- Manage F&B strategy, vendor partnerships, budgets, and logistics, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost control.
- Design and deliver employee engagement, wellness, cultural, and community programs that enhance workplace experience and inclusion.
- Activate and optimise workplace spaces to drive collaboration, connection, and placemaking across offices and branches.
- Maintain operational excellence and workplace readiness, collaborating with Facilities, Security, and Branch Operations.
- Leverage technology, data, and feedback insights to enhance client and employee experience and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and drive structured frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of experience programs.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Events and Community teams while supporting innovation, pilots, and continuous improvement.
About you:
- 5-7+ years experience in event planning / management, hospitality, , workplace or corporate client experience.
- Independent, strong organizational skills, attention to details, ability to manage multiple complex events and programs across multiple sites.
- Experience at a sizable luxury hotel or high-end catering group is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of client & Employee experience frameworks.
- Experience leading end-to-end events for senior leadership or executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional hospitality, service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise support teams (e.g., Events Coordinator, Community Hosts).
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and strong negotiation skills.
