Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project billing and invoices related to the team’s project
  • Update project’s cost plan and cost report on monthly basis
  • Prepare progress claim to Client and progress payment response to vendors/contractors.
  • Prepare purchase order for vendors/contractors
  • Support all technical due diligence and project initiation
  • Assist the team during design and tender stage, from prequalification of vendors, RFP issuance, tender evaluation and award
  • Actively participate during construction and project close out
  • Perform daily tasks and requirements assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Infrastructure or Building related field of studies
  • Any related working experience will be advantageous
  • Personal Attributes: Meticulous, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, taking ownership on the task assigned
