About the job:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities, including toolbox meetings, emergency response, and site inspections.
- Plan and manage maintenance schedules, coordinate with service partners, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
- Prepare proposals, costings, and reports for corrective maintenance, construction works, and equipment installations.
- Supervise contractors and certify work completion, maintain inventory records, licenses, and legal documentation.
- Lead safety initiatives and inspections, including MBWA programs, defect rectification, and compliance certifications.
About you:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimally 3–5 years of experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in building or facilities management
- Knowledge of M&E systems, corrective and preventive maintenance
- Familiarity with construction works, A&A projects, and safety standards
- Safety-related certifications (e.g., FSM, Safety Lead) preferred
- Understanding of Quality Control Procedures and compliance requirements
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules, reports, and documentation accurately
