Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all invoicing activities for IMR Test Labs Singapore and the Laser Peening division.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring timely billing, collections and payments.
- Perform accurate and timely ledger entries.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
- Manage month-end closing activities and prepare financial and management reports.
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Support quarterly and annual tax filings, including GST reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external financial audits, including annual statutory audits.
- Provide monthly employee timesheets to the outsourced payroll agency and ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
- Supervise and guide the Admin & Accounts Assistant to ensure efficient execution of accounting and administrative tasks supporting laboratory operations.
- Assist in other finance and administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in a small-to-medium enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with budgeting, audits and month-end closing.
- Proficient in accounting and ERP systems. QuickBooks experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
