Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Support the day to day origination and execution of Investment Banking transactions, including buyside/ sellside M&A and Corporate Finance projects.
  • Prepare financial analysis (including financial modelling) and valuation materials.
  • Key resource for execution of deals.
  • Prepare presentations & project materials for clients.
  • Support in the identification and marketing of opportunities with clients,
    including participation in marketing efforts, preparation of client pitches.
  • Prepare relevant market research and to keep apprised of market news/ information.
  • Support due diligence.
  • Support relevant client onboarding and team administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s  degree or above in any discipline.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance or Corporate Development, with understanding of such transactions and processes.

  • Important to have been part of a deal team for at least 2 closed M&A deals

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills coupled with relevant background in Finance.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Team player and motivated self-starter who is able to work independently and is results-driven.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent command of / fluent in both spoken and written English.

  • Fluency in a regional Asian language is desirable.

  • High degree of integrity.
