Job Description:

•    Lead in identifying, enrolling, developing and retaining key talents to meet the organisation’s talent pipeline 
•    Engage actively with talent group and understand their sentiments 
•    implement talent management and succession planning frameworks 
•    Collaborate with other stakeholders, , to design high potential talent management programs and identify potential vendors to support the program
•    Support Talent Assessment Programs for various tracks
•    Develop talent management data analytics reports on retention and success rates 
•    Present findings and insights to senior management team
 

Qualifications:

•    Degree or equivalent in HR
•    6-8 years of experience in Talent Management
•    Excellent communication skills and the able to influence e key stakeholders 
•    Organized and detailed oriented 
•    Possess an executive disposition
