Senior Support Officer, People Team People Team is Changi Airport Group’s (CAG) human resource function and our mission is to attract and retain talents, build sustained capabilities and create an inspiring workplace. The core teams within this function are People Services & Rewards, People Development & Experience and Strategic Workforce Planning. Within the People Services & Rewards team, you will report to the SVP, People Team, and the section lead, and will be tasked with: i) Providing Personal Assistant support to senior leadership, ii) Managing Secretariat functions for management‑level meetings, and iii) Supporting the operational management of the Changi Axis, which serves as a venue for internal and external events. Key Responsibilities A. Personal Assistant Duties Manage complex calendars: schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and protect focus time. Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, and briefing packs. Gatekeep communications: screen emails/calls, draft replies, and manage correspondence. Prepare expense claims and uphold confidentiality. Support logistical needs B. Secretariat — Management level meetings Plan and schedule meetings; issue invites and manage attendance. Compile agendas and circulate pre‑reads using approved templates. Apply committee governance standards (quorum, cut‑off dates, documentation discipline). Oversee meeting logistics. Maintain accurate digital and physical records for meeting materials. Draft accurate minutes and maintain records. Support continuous improvement of templates and processes. C. Changi Axis Operations Changi Axis includes CAG’s in‑house events hub — a purpose‑built venue for both internal and external event rentals. The role helps support its daily operations, marketing and customers servicing. Co‑manage marketing initiatives to promote the Events Hub as a rental space. Manage enquiries, host site visits, and guide clients through booking processes. Assist with finalising rental agreements and ensuring adherence to guidelines. Maintain the Events Hub booking calendar. Serve as key liaison for event organisers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate closely with AV Executives to support audiovisual requirements. Ensure smooth delivery of events and adherence to venue and safety standards. Qualifications & Experience Minimum ‘O’ Levels or Certification in Business Administration or related field. 5+ years’ experience in executive/administrative support; prior secretariat experience preferred. Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint/OneDrive; familiarity with meeting platforms (e.g., Convene) is a plus. Excellent writing skills; strong organisation and attention to detail. Key Competencies Discretion and integrity. Structured communication and meticulous documentation.
