Assistant Manager / Senior Associate (Facilities Management Transformation)

As part of the Facilities Management Transformation team, you will play a key role in transforming our operations through robotics, automation, and digital solutions. Your work will include: Planning and deployment of robotics systems Leveraging data analytics to drive efficiency, cost savings, and operational performance Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and smooth implementation across all transformation initiatives Requirements Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field 2–3 years in facilities operations, technology deployment, or process improvement Experience in robotics or automation projects is an advantage. Experience in data analytics, translating large sets of operational data into actionable insights is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Adaptable, innovative, and thinks critically Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
