About Lumen Lumen connects the world. We are igniting business growth by connecting people, data and applications – quickly, securely, and effortlessly. Together, we are building a culture and company from the people up – committed to teamwork, trust and transparency. People power progress. We’re looking for top-tier talent and offer the flexibility you need to thrive and deliver lasting impact. Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future. The Role This associate-level role provides hands-on, day‑to‑day support for the Connected Ecosystem (ConnEco) motions in APAC—keeping our partner opportunities clean, fast and value‑anchored. You’ll maintain pipeline hygiene (SFDC + ConnEco’s tracker), tailor enablement assets for sellers and partners, coordinate POCs/pilots, and help track early value realization so pursuit pods can move with velocity. Expect deep collaboration with Alliances, Sales, Service Design/Validation, and other cross-functional teams. Success in this role means consistently generating high-value opportunities which translate into revenue growth and referenceable customer successes. The Main Responsibilities Pipeline hygiene & intake: Own day‑to‑day hygiene of APAC partner opportunities across SFDC and ConnEco tracker, ensuring stages, probabilities, stakeholders, notes, and attachments reflect latest reality (Spark → Envision → Empower → Achieve) and pass intake/exit criteria. Prepare and publish concise pursuit summaries in ConnEco tracker/dashboard; surface risks/gaps and align with pod capacity guardrails and prioritization filters Asset tailoring & enablement: Localize and tailor playbooks, slides, one‑pagers, and checklists for APAC sellers/partners based on ConnEco Spark assets and Priority Plays; keep material machine‑readable and marketplace‑ready. Coordinate content updates with Marketing/GTM and ensure alignment to ConnEco governance and release gates. Scheduling Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) / pilots (Spark Achieve): Orchestrate calendars and logistics for partner/customer pilots and demos—meeting invites, agendas, success metrics, and follow‑ups—working with pursuit PMs, architects, and service validation analysts. Track pilot status against Spark exit criteria and capture evidence (screenshots, logs, testimonials) to support LVD readiness and case study creation. Notes & ConnEco tracker hygiene: Maintain high-quality notes: decisions, owners, dates, risks, assumptions, and next steps; keep Salesforce Neo / ConnEco tracker synchronized (UAT/rollout) and drive consistent documentation across pursuits. Light value tracking (Value Realization): Build and update starter VR workbooks for APAC pursuits (cost/current-state estimates, value levers, success metrics), partnering with Value Realization and Service Design peers. Record early adoption/consumption signals post‑pilot and support conversion to LVD and reference artifacts. Rhythm of Business (RoB) & governance: Support ConnEco RoB in APAC (intake SLAs, release gates, partner prioritization, capacity guardrails, meeting notes, trackers) and prepare snippets for town halls and leadership updates. What We Look For in a Candidate Early‑career analyst or coordinator. Will be an advantage with 1–3 years’ experience in sales operations, alliances, presales, or program coordination - ideally in cloud, network, security, or AI ecosystem contexts. Tools: Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft 365/Teams; Analytical fundamentals: Excel/Sheets; able to assemble value snapshots (cost deltas, high-level ROI) with coaching. Strong organization and communication: clear notes, crisp summaries, reliable follow‑through across multiple time zones and stakeholders. Comfortable coordinating POCs/pilots with cross‑functional pods (BD, PM, Field CTO/Architect, Service Design/Validation). Technical acumen in cloud, network, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Success Measurements (KPIs): Hygiene: ≥95% completeness/accuracy across APAC ConnEco tracker + SFDC opportunity fields; notes updated within 48 hours of activity. Velocity: POC/pilot scheduling cycle time ≤2 weeks from approval; adherence to Spark exit criteria for Envision/Empower/Achieve. Value snapshots: baseline VR workbook drafted for ≥80% of active APAC pursuits; early signals captured within 30 days of pilot start. Governance: intake SLA compliance and release‑gate readiness artifacts submitted on time; positive feedback from pursuit PMs and Alliances. Competencies: Growth mindset, clarity, customer obsession; structured problem‑solving; stakeholder coordination; detail orientation; concise written communication.
