We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Quality Associate to join our Quality team. This role supports a wide range of GMP‑aligned quality activities across materials management, operational support, documentation, and continuous improvement. The Role
Demonstrate strong organisation, teamwork, and problem‑solving while adapting to changing schedules.
Work independently with a results‑driven approach, ensuring all tasks meet GMP and SOP requirements.
Manage materials: correct storage, accurate inventory status, inspections, releases, and new material qualifications.
Support operations through 100% inspections, label print approvals, and in‑process packaging checks.
Complete required ComplianceWire SOP training before performing related activities.
Maintain documentation, including SOP updates and efficient record retrieval.
Monitor Quality System KPIs, support continuous improvement, and assist with investigations and calibration reviews.
Provide support for non‑routine quality tasks and help resolve daily quality issues.

The Candidate
Degree/Diploma in Pharmaceutical or Science disciplines.
Proven experience in medical/pharmaceutical organisations.
Knowledge of international regulatory standards (e.g., ISO9001, HSA, PIC/S) is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of GMP and SOP‑driven environments.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant systems (e.g., JDE, Trackwise).
Self‑driven team player with minimal supervision required.
Ability to work in cold/frozen environments and at heights when required (with appropriate PPE and equipment)
