What you’ll be doing:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for the Marketing and Merchandising functions as well as other key functions, from talent sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations, with a focus on international markets
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define role requirements and develop effective, tailored recruitment strategies that align with our ambitious business goals
- Utilize a variety of advanced sourcing channels to identify, attract and engage top-tier marketing and growth talent globally
- Provide a relationship-first candidate experience that reflects Castlery’s culture and values, ensuring every candidate feels respected and informed throughout the process
- Leverage recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, manage talent pipelines effectively and provide regular progress reports to key stakeholders
- Act as an employer brand champion, representing Castlery’s mission and innovative culture to attract and secure the best talent in a competitive global market.
What you need to succeed:
- 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within retail, e-commerce, tech industries
- Demonstrated experience managing the entire recruitment process for corporate roles
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and influence stakeholders at all levels
