We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Management Associate to join our E-commerce Category Growth team managing a sub-brand. 

We’re building something new at Castlery – a fast-growing sub-brand that’s redefining what flat-packed furniture can be. With bold, functional designs made for first homes and everyday living, we’re out to prove that good design doesn’t have to mean high price tags or disposable quality. It is design made accessible, approachable, and fun – crafted for the next generation of homes across the US (and soon, the world). 

 

About the Program 

"How do we create products people truly need and love? How do we turn them into high-performing categories through smart assortment and pricing?” 

If these questions excite you, and you’re passionate about shaping products people love and building high-performing categories, this program is made for you! The E-Commerce Category Growth track of our 16-month Global Management Associate Program is designed for aspiring leaders who want to shape the future of the sub-brand's product portfolios and directly contribute to revenue growth. 

This program is part of the Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP) by Enterprise Singapore (ESG), aimed at developing Singaporean talents for global opportunities.

Who are we looking for  

We’re seeking ambitious individuals with a passion for solving complex problems and creating impactful solutions. Ideal candidates for the E-Commerce Category Growth track should have: 

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that influence category strategy. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Python, and SQL is preferred. 
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A keen interest in understanding customer behaviors and creating experiences that delight.  
  • Leadership Potential: Proven ability to take initiative, lead projects, and thrive in dynamic environments.  <span data
