Assistant OCC Manager

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Assistant OCC Manager to join our Logistics Operations team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee end-to-end operations to ensure smooth daily performance, promptly resolving issues to maintain service levels.
• Lead and coordinate a team of 6, assigning tasks efficiently, monitoring productivity, and upholding operational standards.
• Manage resources, workflows, and capacity planning to prevent bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement approved improvements to optimize operations.
• Train, onboard, and support team members while collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve operational KPIs.

What you need to succeed:

• Operations Management: proven experience in overseeing end-to-end operational processes and ensuring smooth daily workflow. 
• Team Leadership: experience managing a team, delegating tasks, and maintaining productivity and service standards.  
• Systems & Data Capability: proficiency in ERP systems, with the ability to analyse operational data and implement improvements. 
• Process Optimisation & Resource Planning: ability to plan resources, manage capacity, and optimise processes to prevent bottlenecks and maintain performance thresholds.
