The Singapore Global Network (SGN) is a division in the Economic Development Board tasked to re-energise Singapore's efforts in building a strong and extensive ecosystem of overseas Family, Friends, Fans (3F) for Singapore. SGN leads the Whole-Of-Government effort to coordinate across agencies and strengthen our collective networks whose skills, affinity and influence could help build linkages to global business and talent communities and enhance the international mindshare of Singapore as a leading globally-connected city.[What you will be working on]
As a member of SGN's digital products team, you will deliver and maintain a tech stack that enables SGN's work in fostering connections between our network and our partner SinGov agencies.
We are looking for a SaaS Platform & Systems Manager to own and operate our portfolio of internal SaaS platforms. This role will consolidate ownership of systems previously managed across multiple teams, with a strong focus on Day-2 operations, system configuration, scalability, and long-term platform health.
You will act as the owner for how our systems are configured, governed, and evolved—working closely with Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure our tools enable teams to work efficiently and at scale.
This is not a traditional IT support role. It is a platform ownership role with clear growth into enterprise systems leadership.

Configuration, Change & Enablement
Design and implement scalable workflows that support evolving business needs.
Manage configuration changes using structured testing and rollout processes (sandbox → UAT → production).
Ensure systems are well-documented and operationally resilient.
Integration & Data
Own system integrations (SSO, APIs, data syncs) in partnership with vendors and internal technical teams.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and appropriate access controls across platforms.
Support reporting and downstream data use where required.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Partner with Product Managers, Operations teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for SaaS vendors, including support, roadmap discussions, and issue resolution.
Evaluate new tools and recommend platform improvements or consolidation where appropriate.
Platform Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Develop and maintain a platform roadmap aligned with organisational priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardisation, and tool rationalisation.
Establish governance standards for how systems are configured and used across teams.
