Job Description
You will be assisting the Raffles City Marketing and Communications (Marcoms) team with their day-to-day activities and projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of overall advertising and promotional activities for the Mall to generate traffic and revenue
Assist in conceptualizing and executing various digital and in mall campaigns, as well as creation of simple artwork etc.
Gather shoppers' and tenants’ feedback about the Mall and our services
Build relations with tenants and garner their participation in the mall's activities
Evaluate the results of Marcom activities and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis
Perform market research on the retail industry, trends in events, and campaigns etc.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Positive attitude to pick up new skills
Able to multi-task and deliver given task within timeline
Good analytical skills
