About the Job

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a Hospitality company
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Hotel or Service Residence operations
  • Proficient in Property Management System, preferably RMS
  • Self-starter who is meticulous and able to work independently and across teams
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge and competency in business processing mapping and documentation

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to review and maintain the different Operational Brand Standards & Guidelines for managed and franchise properties
  • Assist to integrate over 8 different Global Brand Standards and Guidelines and incorporating Brand-specific requirements
  • Review and update Food & Beverage Standards and Guidelines (S&G)
  • Review, maintain and update PMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist with maintaining our Franchise Portal
  • Provide support on Pre-openings Reviews (POP) updates
  • Identify and analyse ways to improve operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in business operations
