As part of our 2026 10-week internship program, Capital Group warmly invite for university undergraduates to apply for an internship opportunity within Europe-Asia Client Group (EACG)! This will be a 10-week internship between 11 May to 17 July 2026.

The Capital Group’s Europe-Asia Client Group focuses on delivering superior investment products and client experience to help meet the goals of our clients: Institutional investors (governments, corporations, retirement funds) and Individual investors (via financial intermediaries such as retail banks, private banks, insurers).

Sales
Our Singapore sales team comprises of Financial Intermediary (FIT), Institutional Business (IB), and Strategic Partnerships/Global Financial Intermediaries (GFI) sales.

FIT clients include private banks, retail banks, insurers, digital platforms, and financial advisors; marketing & brand considerations and the sales process is more complex due to the presence of the intermediary between Capital Group and end investors.
 

IB clients include sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, central banks, and endowments. These clients are more sophisticated and are typically the ultimate end investor, so the engagements are more centered around investment considerations.
 

Strategic Partnerships is a new function set up to true strategic, long term-oriented partnerships with scalable clients that do business mostly outside of Singapore across SEA and India. The GFI team partners with local sales teams across Europe and Asia to drive sales with key GFI clients, such as global banks or insurers that do business across two or more continents; the Singapore-based GFI associates take a global lens of the client relationship and brings the local view back to the client’s HQ.

We will have interns dedicated to each client segment, with opportunities to learn about the other two. All sales teams work closely with our marketing, investment product services, and client servicing teams to deliver a unified “One CG” experience to our clients.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
